<P>　　　　This one rocks. It's the favorite Cult album of hard rock and metal fans, and for good reason -- it grabs you hard and doesn't let go.</P>
<P>　　　　The Cult still play many of these songs live, including Wild Flower, Peace Dog, Lil' Devil and Love Removal Machine, and they seem to love playing this material as much as their audience loves hearing it. There's nothing subtle about Electric's hard-driving power-trio rock. There's even a rare cover, of the classic Born to Be Wild.</P>
<P>　　　　This album could hardly be more different than Love released just two years prior, but they'd scrapped 12 tracks recorded in 1986(known alternately as the Peace album or The Manor Sessions) and then re-recorded the album with Rick Rubin. Together, Love and Electric form a natural progression towards Sonic Temple that followed in 1989.</P>
